This bronze sculpture wrapped in metal wires is a metaphor for the new breed of super-connected or"wired" humans. The wires = represent the continuous transmission of information and stimulations most humans are exposed to, thereby symbolizing the deep connection we have with electronic devices, and the undue physical isolation these wires drive from the outside world. Are we trapped inside a cocoon?
