The Bride is a bronze sculpture that belongs to a series of sculptures entitled “Urban Angels”. This sculpture represents a woman laying on a metal mesh encrusted with concrete. The mesh symbolically represents her wedding gown. The rough texture of the gown juxtaposed to the elegance of the bronze creates an unexpected harmonious composition.
